Project WC

Remember when… When the air was filled with pure oxygen… When our lands were green… When the skies were blue and decorated with fluffy white clouds…. When children were running among meadows lit by golden sunshine… When the planet was clean and we were not cursed by our own industrial breakthrough, suffocating little by little….
When I was a child, I used to stare at sky and try to find different faces among fast-changing shapes of clouds, but today people spend most of their times looking down at their cellphones rather than looking up at the sky, and even if they do, there wouldn’t be much to see through high-rise skyscrapers and thick layers of smoke and pollution!!
Project WC is a redemption of my childhood hobby, reshaped to match the nature of our today’s industrialized polluted world. Today I try to find faces on the dirty floor of Public Toilets instead of cloudscapes! Faces that were once shaped among clouds by the powerful hand of mighty God, today can only be found on the floor of our Water Closets, drawn by dirt and pollution on the bottom of our shoes!
